Always make sure that the fabric is tucked
under your baby
prior to tightening/fastening the
sling

Never use your THING-A-MA-SLING
with an uncooperative child

Fabric is not flame retardent! Never
cook, smoke, drink hot beverages or be otherwise
around heat/flame while wearing your THING-A-MA-SLING or
wear it while running or participating in
sports!

Wear your
baby at or above waist level for the comfort and safety of both of
you; and just like mom always said, remember your
posture!

Always be
aware of your baby and his/her behavior when in the
sling

Until you're familiar & comfortable
with your THING-A-MA-SLING, we suggest putting your
baby in & taking them out of the sling while you stand over or
sit on a couch, bed or other soft surface & keep one hand on
them while in the sling.

NEVER use your THING-A-MA-SLING
while intoxicated or otherwise under the
influence

Your
THING-A-MA-SLING is not a child
restraint! Never use it in place of a car
seat!

Do not use
THING-A-MA-SLING with children over 35 lbs.

When
bending or moving quickly, always keep one hand on your child and
bend at the knees NOT waist to keep him/her from falling out of
the sling; ALWAYS tighten your sling
sufficiently!

Be
cautious when going around corners, doorways and any other
potential hazards

Be aware
of the condition of your sling and check the fabric and seams
regularly. Any fraying, tears or worn areas could mean
that your sling is probably worn out and no longer safe to
use!

Always be
aware of air circulation around your baby, especially with smaller
ones when they are lying down in the sling

When nursing a smaller baby in the sling,
it may be more comfortable for the baby to have him/her lying
down with their feet by the rings
